What you get
What the price includes
A catalog price is for the complete set of that model. For a typical mascot costume it means:
- HeadShaped on a foam frame and covered with faux fur or fabric, with a viewing area for the performer.
- JumpsuitThe character’s body, which the performer steps into.
- GlovesMade for the character’s hands.
- ShoesOversized character shoes.
- Outfit and detailsClothes and accessories that are part of the design.
The exact list differs from model to model and is on every model page under “What’s in the set”. Of the 971 mascot costumes whose set is listed, 833 include gloves and 818 include shoes. Props that a mascot holds in the photos are included only if the list names them.
With every order
- Photos and a video of your costume before it ships.
- Packing: a box, with the costume inside a protective cover bag.
- Tracking: EMS shipping with a tracking number.
- Documents: a commercial invoice in English and a packing list.
Not included: shipping to your country, import duties and VAT. We calculate shipping for your order before you pay; duties and VAT are paid by the recipient under local rules.

A mascot designed from your logo, a drawing or a photo — design and delivery included. You approve a sketch before anything is sewn.
Why prices differ
What changes the price
Two characters can look alike and still differ in price. The reason is almost always one of these.
Size and silhouette
Tails, wings, long ears and oversized heads need more frame, more faux fur and more sewing.
The head
A simple rounded face is quicker to build than a head with a long snout, a mane, horns or sculpted details.
Materials
Long faux fur, sequins and multi-colored panels cost more than smooth fleece.
Outfit and accessories
A character in a uniform, a gown or a detailed outfit is almost two costumes in one.
Changes and options
Another color, your logo, a non-standard performer height, a fan in the head or a carry case are quoted individually.
Several costumes at once
Event agencies, entertainers and promo teams often order several characters at a time. Add them all to one cart: we confirm them together and ship them in one go where the size allows.
Questions about prices
Is the price for the whole costume?
Yes. The price on the model page covers everything listed under “What’s in the set”, usually the head, the jumpsuit, gloves and shoes. On top of it come only shipping and the import duties or VAT of your country.
Are the prices on the site final?
Yes. The price on a model page is the exact price of that set. Changes (color, logo, height) and shipping are quoted before you pay. “From” on this page and in the catalog sections is simply the cheapest model of the section.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the weight and size of the box and on the country. We calculate it for your order before you pay.
Can I order the same model again later?
Yes. Send us the article number from the product page or from your invoice, and we’ll make the same costume again.
