Seven stages
From an idea to a packed box
Catalog models and custom characters go through the same stages. For a custom character you approve the key ones yourself.
-
Idea and design
It starts with a design from our catalog or with your brief: a logo, a drawing or a photo. Our designers draw the character in color.
You see: the sketch of your character, to approve before any work begins (custom orders).
-
3D model and patterns
We build a digital model of the character to get its proportions right, and prepare the patterns for the head, the body and the outfit.
-
Materials
We pick faux fur, fleece and fabrics in the character’s colors, and foam for the head frame.
-
Cutting and sewing
Our sewing workshops cut and sew the jumpsuit, the gloves, the shoes and the outfit.
-
Head, painting and assembly
The head is shaped on a foam frame and covered, our artists paint the face and the details, and all the parts are fitted together.
You see: photos of the head frame before the faux fur goes on, so you can still ask for changes (custom orders).
-
Quality control
Our quality control team checks the finished costume, and we film it.
You see: photos and a video of your own costume before it ships.
-
Packing and shipping
The costume goes into a protective cover bag and a box, with a commercial invoice and a packing list, and leaves with EMS tracking.
You see: a tracking number to follow the parcel to your door.

Questions about production
Can you make a mascot from our logo or brand character?
Yes. Send us your logo, a drawing or a photo. Our designers turn it into a sketch, and production starts only after you approve it.
Will I see my costume before it ships?
Yes. When it is ready, we send you photos and a video of your own costume before we pack it.
How long does production take?
It depends on the model and the order. In-stock models are ready to ship; for models made to order and for custom characters, we confirm the timeline before you pay.
Are the photos in the catalog real?
Yes. Catalog photos show our own costumes, and 636 models also have a video of the real costume.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes. We ship by EMS with a tracking number. Import duties and VAT are paid by the recipient under local rules.
