Puzzles and cubes: how to choose
Big pictures from soft pieces
Puzzle cube sets are soft foam cubes in removable printed covers: turn and arrange them into a block, and the sides come together into big scenes. Children race to finish a picture, play team against team or hunt for the cube turned the wrong way; Puzzle Cubes Bear Bunnies and Cubes Puzzles Pirates are two of the themes. The floor puzzles — Puzzles Animal, Puzzles Autumn Time and Puzzles City — have twenty large pieces each, and Space: Find the Figure is a round board with pieces on hook-and-loop fastener for spotting, sorting and memory games.
Cubes with tasks and dominoes
Soft cubes with a task on every face keep a game moving: roll the cube and do what lands on top. Forfeit Cubes carry comic-style forfeits printed in the language of your choice, while Cube with Tasks Space, Cube with Tasks Spring Fair, Soft Cube with Tasks Pirates and Soft Cube Halloween bring the tasks into a theme. Domino Summer, Domino Space and Domino Colored are giant soft dominoes that a group can lay out in long chains on the floor.
For which ages
Puzzle cubes, floor puzzles and dominoes suit preschool children and kindergartens; themed boards and cubes with tasks work well up to primary school age. Soft foam makes the pieces easy for small hands. Wipe the covers after each party and keep each set in its bag so no piece goes missing. Each cube is wrapped in a printed cover. When the cubes are turned and arranged into a block, their sides form big pictures, so children can race to finish a scene or build a matching tower.
Can the tasks be in our language?
For Forfeit Cubes, yes — the tasks are printed in the language of your choice. For other sets, ask us on WhatsApp.
Which age are these games for?
