Prices
Every catalog design has an exact price on its page; mascot costumes start at $1,200. Our prices are set in US dollars; the Arabic version of the site shows them in UAE dirhams, marked “≈”, with the exact price in dollars below.
A custom character based on your logo starts at $1,200 with the design included, usually $1,200–$2,200. Delivery, customs duty and VAT are not included in any price. The invoice currency — US dollars, euro or UAE dirhams — is stated in the order confirmation or invoice.
How long it takes
The total time is production plus delivery. Costumes in stock ship within 2–7 days of the order; catalog designs made to order ship in 3–5 weeks. A custom character starts with a sketch; after approval and payment, production takes 28–42 days.
We ship by EMS with a tracking number; recent shipments reached the UAE in about 13 days. For National Day, Ramadan, Eid or a product launch, tell us the date of your first event early.
Customs duty, VAT and documents
Import duties and VAT, if any, are paid by the recipient under local rules (DAP terms); the amount depends on the value of the order. Every parcel travels with a commercial invoice in English and a packing list that show the real value. We never send costumes as gifts.
A costume travels in a box of about 80 × 55 × 55 cm, 8–9 kg, inside a protective cover bag with handles. You get the tracking number on WhatsApp or by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.
