Delivery and Customs
We ship every order by EMS international express mail with a tracking number. Here is how long the parcel usually travels, how it is packed and who pays import duties.
How your order travels

Photos and video
When your costume is ready, we send you photos and a video of it on WhatsApp.

Packing
The costume goes into a box, inside a protective cover bag with handles.

Handover to EMS
We hand the parcel to EMS and send you the tracking number.

Customs
The parcel clears customs in your country. Import duties and VAT, if any, are paid by the recipient.

At your door
EMS delivers the parcel to the address you gave us.

Delivery cost
It depends on the weight and size of the box and on the country. We calculate it for your order before you pay.

Packaging
A mascot costume usually travels in a box of about 80 × 55 × 55 cm, 8–9 kg, inside a protective cover bag.

Documents
Every parcel travels with a commercial invoice in English and a packing list that show the real value. We never send costumes as gifts.
Import duties and VAT
Import duties and VAT are paid by the recipient under the rules of their country (DAP terms). The amount depends on the country and on the value of the order.
Catalog prices are for the products only — we quote delivery for your country before you pay. Custom characters from $1,200 include design and delivery. Import duties and VAT are not included.
In the EU we sell for professional use: to event agencies, entertainers, companies and organizations. Please add your company name when you order.
Delivery questions
How do I track my parcel?
We send you the EMS tracking number on WhatsApp or by email as soon as the parcel is handed over. You can follow it on the EMS website or on the website of your national post.
Can several costumes travel together?
Yes. Add them all to one cart — we pack them together where the size allows.
What if customs asks for documents?
Customs may contact the recipient. The commercial invoice and packing list in the parcel usually answer their questions; if they need anything else, message us and we’ll help.
Can you mark the parcel as a gift to lower the duties?
No. The invoice always shows the real value — it’s the law, and it helps keep your parcel from being held at customs.
