How long does delivery to my country take?
We ship by EMS with tracking. Typical transit from our recent shipments: about 12 days to France, 13 to the UAE and 18 to the USA. For other countries we calculate the time and cost for your address — see our delivery page.
Who pays import duties and VAT?
The recipient, according to the rules of their country (DAP terms). We provide a commercial invoice in English and a packing list with the real value. We never undervalue parcels or ship them as gifts.
Do you make the costumes yourselves?
Yes. We design, sew and check every costume at our own factory and sell directly — no resellers, no middlemen. Before shipping we send you photos and a video of your costume.
Is it hot inside a mascot costume?
Faux fur costumes are warm, especially outdoors. Some models have extra ventilation openings; ask us about a fan in the head or a cooling vest. In hot weather we recommend short breaks for the performer every 20–30 minutes.
Choosing a costume
Can I change the color of a catalog model or add my logo?
Yes. Most designs can be made in a different faux fur or fabric color, with your logo or team colors on the outfit, or with different accessories. Tell us what you want to change and we’ll confirm the price.
What is included in the price?
The costume set listed on the product page — usually the head, jumpsuit, gloves and shoes, sometimes an outfit or accessories. Shipping, import duties and VAT are not included.
About the costumes
Can I change the color or add my logo?

Will I see the costume before it ships?
Yes. When the costume is ready, we send you photos and a video of it before shipping.
Is it hot inside?
Like any full-body costume, it is warm. Ask us about a fan in the head or a cooling vest for summer and hot venues.
Custom characters
Do we need a finished design?
No. A logo, a rough drawing, a photo or even a written description is enough. Our designers turn it into a sketch for you to approve.
Can you make several identical costumes?
Yes. Brands, clubs and promo teams often order two or more identical costumes. We make them from the same patterns and materials so they match. Ask about batch pricing.
Who makes the costume?
Our own team: our designers draw the sketch, and our factory sews, paints and checks the costume, then ships it by EMS with tracking.
