  1. How much does a mascot costume cost?

    Every catalog design has an exact price on its page, from $1,200; shipping to your country is quoted separately. Changes to a catalog design and unique characters are quoted individually — a unique character made from your logo usually costs $1,200–$2,200, design included, shipping quoted separately. Import duties and VAT are paid by the recipient.

  2. How long does delivery to my country take?

    We ship by EMS with tracking. Typical transit from our recent shipments: about 12 days to France, 13 to the UAE and 18 to the USA. For other countries we calculate the time and cost for your address — see our delivery page.

  3. Who pays import duties and VAT?

    The recipient, according to the rules of their country (DAP terms). We provide a commercial invoice in English and a packing list with the real value. We never undervalue parcels or ship them as gifts.

  4. Do you make the costumes yourselves?

    Yes. We design, sew and check every costume at our own factory and sell directly — no resellers, no middlemen. Before shipping we send you photos and a video of your costume.

  5. Is it hot inside a mascot costume?

    Faux fur costumes are warm, especially outdoors. Some models have extra ventilation openings; ask us about a fan in the head or a cooling vest. In hot weather we recommend short breaks for the performer every 20–30 minutes.

A mascot costume is a full-body character suit: a shaped head, a padded body or jumpsuit, gloves and oversized shoes, worn by a performer at parties, promotions and games. Carnival Mascot designs and sews mascot costumes at its own factory and ships them worldwide by EMS with a tracking number. There are two ways to buy. A ready-made design from the catalog is the fastest and most affordable route: choose a model, confirm the size and colors, and we make it to order — or ship it right away if it is in stock. A custom mascot costume starts from your logo, drawing or photo: we prepare a sketch, agree on the details with you, build the head on a foam frame and send photos before the final finish.

Most of our clients are event agencies and children’s entertainers who wear their costumes every week, so we build for real work: a clear viewing area, a stable head, a padded body that keeps its shape and shoes with polyurethane soles. Brands, sports clubs, shopping malls and hotels order custom characters for product launches, match days and daily guest entertainment.
