Custom mascots for cities and public organizations
City & School Mascot Costumes
Turn your city crest, school emblem or logo into a mascot for festivals, open days, museum and zoo events and tourism campaigns. We draw the character, you approve the sketch with your team, and our factory makes the costume — one or several identical ones.
Nothing is sewn until you approve the sketch.
- Sketch before production
- Invoice in English for your organization
- Your own character from $1,200, design included
Characters from our catalog for cities and schools
Real models we make. Any of them can be made in your colors with your emblem, or we design a new character from your crest.

Mascots for cities and public organizations: what to plan
Why a city or a school chooses a mascot
A mascot gives a city, a school or a museum a face that children remember and adults photograph. It greets visitors at festivals and open days, appears in videos and posts and makes your emblem friendlier — from a city holiday to a school sports day.
From crest or emblem to character
Most public mascots start from something you already have: the animal or the symbol on your crest, the school emblem, a landmark or a local legend. Our designers keep your colors and the details people recognize and turn them into a friendly character that a performer can wear. If you want the community to take part, the character can start from the winning drawing of a children’s contest.
Approval with your team
You receive a color sketch that you can share with colleagues, a committee or a council and comment on; we make changes before anything is sewn. During production we send photos of the head for approval, and before shipping — photos and a video of the finished costume.
Several costumes and repeat orders
For a city festival, a group of schools or a team of performers we make identical costumes from the same patterns and materials. Because we keep the patterns, a second costume ordered later looks like the first.
Price, documents and payment
Your own character costs from $1,200 per costume, design included; shipping is quoted for your country. Most custom costumes cost $1,200–$2,200.
For custom work you receive a specification or contract, an invoice in English issued to your organization, and a commercial invoice and a packing list for customs. Payment: usually a 50–70% prepayment for the costume; the balance and other terms are agreed directly with your manager.
If your organization buys through a tender or another procurement procedure, discuss the documents your procedure needs with your manager before you order.
Questions from cities, schools and organizations
How long does it take?
A catalog model made to order usually takes from 2 weeks, plus delivery. For your own character the timeline depends on the design and is stated in the order confirmation or invoice. Tell us your event date before you order, and we’ll check whether we can make it in time.
Who designs the sketch?
Our designers. Send your crest, emblem, logo, a drawing or even a written description — they turn it into a color sketch of the character for you to approve.
How is the sketch approved?
You receive the sketch in a message or by email and can share it with your colleagues or committee. We make the changes you ask for; production starts only after you approve the sketch and the specification and make the prepayment.
How is the costume delivered?
We pack it in a box with a protective cover bag and ship it by EMS with a tracking number. The delivery cost for your country is quoted before you order. Import duties and VAT, if your country charges them, are paid by the recipient.
How do we pay?
Payment: usually a 50–70% prepayment for the costume; the balance and other terms are agreed directly with your manager. The invoice is issued to your organization; the payment method, the currency (US dollars, euro or UAE dirhams) and the payment terms are stated in the order confirmation or invoice.
What documents do you provide?
A specification or contract with the approved sketch, the price, the timeline and the payment terms; an invoice in English issued to your organization; a commercial invoice and a packing list for customs. If you buy through a tender or another procurement procedure, discuss the documents it needs with your manager.
Can you make a costume of our existing mascot?
Yes, if the character belongs to your organization or you are licensed to use it. Send drawings or photos of the mascot, and we’ll prepare a sketch of the costume for you to approve.
