Party entertainer costumes: how to choose

Costumes for people who perform

Entertainer costumes are made for party hosts who play games, tell stories and talk to children. Unlike a mascot costume with a large head, most of these costumes leave the performer’s face open, so makeup, voice and facial expressions become part of the show. They are lighter, faster to put on and more affordable than mascots — a good choice for party agencies with busy weekend schedules.

What is in this section

Princess gowns and fairy dresses, Santa Claus and elf costumes for the winter season, clowns, pirates and adventurers, animal-hood costumes such as foxes, mice and unicorns, bright jumpsuits for party hosts, and costumes for stilt walkers. Each product page lists every part of the set — dress, cape, hood, gloves or shoe covers.

Sizes

Many entertainer costumes come in standard sizes; when a size is listed, you will see it on the product card. If your performer needs a different size, tell us before you order and we will check whether the costume can be made for them.

Building a costume collection

Agencies often buy several characters for one theme — a princess with a fairy and an elf, or a pirate with a mermaid — and add photo backdrops and party games in the same theme. Mixing entertainer costumes with one or two mascots gives your shows both close contact and a big-character wow effect.

Care

After each party, air the costume, store gowns and capes on hangers in a cover bag, and keep sequins and faux fur away from heat. Follow the care instructions for each item.

Entertainer costume questions

What is the difference between an entertainer costume and a mascot costume?
An entertainer costume leaves the performer’s face open and is lighter; a mascot costume has a large character head and hides the performer completely. Both are made at our factory.
Which sizes are available?
Where a costume has a standard size, it is listed on the product card. If you need a different size, tell us before you order and we will check whether we can make it.
How quickly can I get an entertainer costume?
Costumes marked “In stock” ship first; others are made to order, and we confirm the timeline before you order. Delivery is by EMS with a tracking number.
