Every model has an exact price on its page. Add the models you need and set the quantities.

Leave your name, WhatsApp number and delivery country. Prefer chatting? Send the cart to us on WhatsApp.

Confirmation
We confirm availability, the delivery cost to your country and the timeline on WhatsApp.

Payment
As a rule, you pay 100% upfront; other terms can be agreed with your manager. Nothing is charged on the website.

Photos and video
Before shipping we send you photos and a video of your costume to approve.

Shipping
We ship by EMS with a tracking number. Import duties and VAT are paid by the recipient.

From your logo, drawing or photo to a costume made only for you.

We draw a sketch of your character for you to approve.

Exact prices
Prices on the website are exact. Catalog prices cover the products only — delivery is quoted for your country; custom characters from $1,200 include design and delivery. Import duties and VAT are not included.

Orders from the EU
In the EU we sell for professional use: to event agencies, entertainers, companies and organizations. Please add your company name to the order.
Several costumes or repeat orders?
Add all the models to one cart — we confirm them together and ship them in one go where the size allows.
Ordering questions
Do I pay on the website?
No. The website only collects your order. We confirm the details and send you the payment information on WhatsApp.
Can I change the color or add my logo to a catalog model?
Usually yes: a different faux fur or fabric color, your logo or team colors on the outfit, different accessories. Tell us what you’d like and we’ll confirm the price.
Will I see the costume before it ships?
Yes. When the costume is ready, we send you photos and a video of it before shipping.
What documents do I get?
A commercial invoice in English and a packing list. Companies also get a contract and an invoice for their accounts team.
