Prices
Every catalog design has an exact price on its page; mascot costumes start at $1,200. Our prices are set in US dollars; the German version of the site shows them in euros, converted at a fixed rate and marked “≈”.
A custom character based on your logo starts at $1,200 with the design included, usually $1,200–$2,200. Delivery, customs duty and import VAT are not included in any price.
How long it takes
The total time is production plus delivery. Costumes in stock ship within 2–7 days of the order; catalog designs made to order ship in 3–5 weeks. A custom character starts with a sketch; after approval and payment, production takes 28–42 days.
A manager quotes the EMS transit time to Germany and the delivery cost for your address before you pay. For carnival, the start of the season or a trade fair, ask early.
Customs duty and import VAT
We deliver on DAP terms: customs duty and import VAT are paid by the recipient. Import VAT (Einfuhrumsatzsteuer) in Germany is 19%; companies can usually deduct it as input tax. Customs sets the duty rate according to how the goods are classified.
Every parcel travels with a commercial invoice in English and a packing list that show the real value. We never under-declare and never send costumes as gifts.

Packing and checks
Before shipping, we send you photos and a video of your finished costume. It travels in a box of about 80 × 55 × 55 cm, 8–9 kg, inside a protective cover bag with handles. You get the tracking number on WhatsApp or by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.
