A ready-made design is the fastest and most affordable way to get a professional mascot costume. Every model in this catalog is made at our factory, so we can make it again to the same standard — and, if you like, in a different faux fur color, with your logo on the outfit or with different accessories. The head is built on a shaped foam frame, often with closed-cell PE foam inserts, and covered with faux fur, fleece or fabric. The body is usually a faux fur or fleece jumpsuit worn over a padded vest that gives the character its volume. Gloves and oversized shoes on polyurethane soles complete the set. The exact contents and materials of each model are listed on its product page — we don’t publish details we haven’t checked.

Any full-body costume is warm. Some models have extra ventilation openings in the mouth or eyes, and you can ask us to add a fan in the head or order a cooling vest to wear under the suit. For outdoor summer events and hot climates, plan short breaks for the performer and keep water nearby.

After each event, let the head and jumpsuit air-dry away from heaters, brush the faux fur and store the costume in its cover bag. Every costume ships with care instructions that say which parts can be washed and how.

We ship worldwide by EMS with a tracking number. Typical transit from our recent shipments is about 12 days to France, 13 to the UAE and 18 to the USA; for other countries we calculate the time and cost for your address — see our delivery page.
