Description
Bella is a snowy owl covered in fluffy white faux fur with scattered brown speckles. Her round head frames large yellow eyes ringed in brown and a small dark beak, the broad wings end in scalloped layers of feathers, and orange scaly legs finish in clawed feet.
The owl mascot costume is made to order and suits school and library events, nature centers, winter festivals or a team that wants a wise bird as its mascot.

How it’s built
What this costume is made of and how each part works.
-
Head
The head gives the character its face. It is built on a rigid, lightweight frame, so it keeps its shape from one event to the next.
-
Vision
The performer looks out through a hidden opening, so the character’s face stays intact.
As with any mascot head, side vision is limited — at busy events, a helper walking alongside keeps the performer safe.
-
Wings
The wings are part of the character’s silhouette; their shape and size follow the design in the photos.
-
Suit
The suit carries the character’s color and shape. The performer steps into it like a jumpsuit; padding adds volume where the design needs it.
In this model’s set: Faux fur
-
Shoes
Oversized character shoes complete the silhouette and keep the proportions right.
Care
After every event, let the head and the jumpsuit air-dry away from heaters and direct sun.
Brush the faux fur gently to keep it fluffy; don’t put the head in a washing machine.
Store the costume in its cover bag in a dry place, with the head on a stand or filled with paper so it keeps its shape.
Which parts can be washed, and how, is stated in the care instructions that come with your costume.
