Description
A shimmering dress for a mascot in sea-blue tones. The sleeveless bodice is covered in teal sequins and finished with a royal blue collar, a blue belt with a bow ties the waist, and a teal satin peplum flares over an iridescent blue skirt with a fluffy tulle hem. A sheer teal hair bow is included. Made to order to dress a bear or another character for birthdays and winter shows; the mascot is not included.
